Backpack that fits well with wheelchair

Narrow backpack model, fits well for long trips with wheelchair.

Description
There are many new backpack models, large and small, that are narrow enough to fit well on the back of the wheelchair, suspended from the wheelchair driving handles. Frameless backpacks work well behind the backrest on the wheelchair and between the rear wheels. A variety of backpacks are available in various sizes and for many different purposes. Suitable to bring the pack along on the back of the wheelchair for longer trips.

The tipster has taken many long trips all over the world. It is important when traveling not to bring more than what can be managed without assistance. The tipster has used backpacks intended for mountain climbing, they are narrow enough to fit on the back of the wheelchair.

She also often travels with a backpack or package standing at the front on her feet, which makes the wheelchair more balanced. If she only had the backpack behind her the chair could easily become unbalanced with too much weight in the rear.

  1. Most young adults in wheelchairs that I know use backpacks, I wouldn't want to use one of those wheelchair bags. They don't have a good looking style. Mine isn't as big allthough I use a powerchair and can carry heavy stuff all day long. I use a standard size that most people in school use.
