Bite guard helpful for a good night’s sleep

Bite guard can help people who have difficulty turning in bed avoid sleep apnea

The bite guard was made for the user’s teeth. The bite guard pulls the lower jaw forward, thereby preventing the tongue from falling back.

Authors comments
The user has always had problems with sleep apnea which causes his tongue to fall back and prevent him from breathing through the mouth. He also has allergies that cause a stuffed nose. The problem worsened after the injury because it became harder for him to change position in bed. He would often wake up with palpitations, caused by not breathing for a while.
The bite guard solved his problem.
