A cushion that separates the legs can reduce neurogenic pain that people with spinal cord injury may have

Foam cushion is placed between knees to keep legs apart. This reduces the user’s neurogenic pain that occurs when skin touches skin.

Build instructions
The user bought a large wedge cushion in plastic case. He removed the case and divided the cushion into two parts.
