The user has a stairlift with a chair, see related tips.
He has two devices to avoid being stuck on the lift without help
- a security alarm to the municipality (worn on arm)
- an extra cell phone (located in an "emergency bag" that is always attached to the stairlift)

Authors comments
When the stairlift was first installed it often broke down. The user was afraid he would get stuck on the lift and not be able to call for help. That’s why he came up with this solution.
