Strap to be able to drive electric wheelchair

The forearm is attached to the armrest which facilitates wheelchair driving – suitable for people without arm function and with very little hand function

Description
Broad strap with Velcro closure sits around the wheelchair armrest and Helena’s forearm.

Authors comments
The user drives an electric wheelchair. She is unable to hold her forearm on the armrest. The strap makes wheelchair driving much safer. When she drives a car she attaches her forearm in the same way.
