A piece of string is a simple assistive device for persons with physical disabilities and impaired hand function to pick binders up from the floor

Description
Assistive device for picking binders up from the floor: a string tied to a loop with a diameter of about 110 cm.

Technique: work the loop under the binder, then pull the binder up.
