The user has built a cat stand with a built-in toy for his cat. A string with a hook on one end runs through a loop that sits at the top of the stand. A piece of food or a cat toy can be placed on the hook. The user puts the other end of the string in his mouth. By driving back and forth with the wheelchair, the goodie or cat toy moves up and down.
