A device to help pick objects up from the floor for people with disabilities and impaired hand function.

Device consists of aquarium net with modified passive handle and forearm support

Device consists of aquarium net with modified passive handle and forearm support

Large aquarium net with adapted passive handle and forearm support. One edge of the net is fitted with metal edging similar to edging on a dustpan.

Personen bor ihop med fru och barn i villa. Han arbetar deltid. Han skadade sig 1975 och har en hög tetraplegi (C5). Genom hand-kirurgi fick han bättre greppfunktion i båda händer. Han har personlig assistans 7 timmar om dagen. (Avliden 2024)
