The exercise glove is made of a wear-resistant fabric. It is attached around the wrist with a strap. The glove rests against the back of the hand and holds fingers in a fist through the attachment strap. The strap is attached with metal loops on the glove and can be tightened with a Velcro closure. The exercise glove enables a person without finger dexterity to hold exercise equipment.
