An extra-long straw in a tall glass on the dining table makes it possible to drink without using arms or hands.

Users comments
The user can only use one arm/hand and he eats with an orthosis (see related tip). If he wants to eat and drink at the same time, he can use a tall glass and straw while his functioning hand is occupied with the orthosis holding his eating utensil.
