The car key is modified with a small lever that sticks out. A remote control device is attached to the key with a key ring. The remote unlocks the car, opens the door and controls the ramp.
The user can grasp the lever on the key, insert it into the lock and turn it. She removes the key by inserting her thumb into the key ring. She controls the remote by putting it on her lap.
