The wheelchair glove helps the user to hold the pen or brush. She loosens the Velcro closure of the glove, inserts the pen between the glove and the space between thumb and index finger and tightens the glove again. To keep her balance she wraps her other arm around the backrest. She places the paper/canvas on the table. An assistant helps her by taking out the paints. She mixes them on a paper or dish.

After she was injured the user was bitter because she could no longer paint, something which she had always done before the injury. Since she is a perfectionist it took a long time before she dared to try again. Now she is satisfied with the new technique.
