Pliers

The pliers are passive, which means that to open the pliers you have to actively squeeze the handle.

Model: Pliers “Reacher closed”

Users comments
The user picks up anything he can’t reach with the pliers. If he drops anything on the floor, or if he can’t reach something on a shelf or from a crowded space, he can get the object using the pliers. He opens the pliers with both hands (a spring holds the pliers together). The user has also used the pliers to clean up after his dog. First he places a plastic case on the pliers (an old film storage container) over the handle so that the pliers are open. Then he places an ordinary plastic bag, or black dog waste bag, out on the pliers. After that he uses a small piece of tape to hold the bag in place. Then he removes the plastic case.
