Shaft elevator in 2-storey house – suitable assistive device for wheelchair users

The house has a shaft elevator between its two floors. The lower floor of the house has the room for assistants, guest room, storage and sauna. The elevator does not need a hole under, but in order to avoid ramps a 50 mm hole was installed.
The user has installed flooring in the elevator that looks like parquet.
The elevator is controlled by the Gewa infralink system.
