The knee bandage is reinforced with stays (the same as those sewn into a bodice). A Velcro strap sewn to the bandage closes above the knee to prevent the urine bag from sliding down. Two Velcro straps are sewn to the upper edge of the fabric pocket, which are threaded through the hole from which the urine bag is suspended in order to attach the urine bag. The bag is inserted in the large fabric pocket. At the bottom of the pocket is an opening with a Velcro clasp that sits right over the urine bag valve, which hides the urine bag even if the trouser leg happens to slide up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bkom\"><strong>Users comments<\/strong><br \/>\nThe user cannot pull the holder on unassisted, nor can he place the urine bag in the holder, but he can drain the bag without help during the day.
