The string runs through a metal eye that sits in the upper corner of the door frame and hangs down along the door frame. A teething ring hangs from the end of the string.<\/p>\n<p>Technique: The user closes the outward-opening door behind him by pulling the string, i.e., by taking the teething ring between his teeth.
