A large pack is placed along the spine and up on the neck, two small ones go over the shoulders and one goes down over the shoulder blade. This particular vest has a Velcro closure on the side (photo 2) to make it easier for the user to put it on and take it off. The vest is made of cotton and polyester with a Thermolam interface.
