Holes are punched into the edges of the urine bag to be able to attach the bag to the attachment strap (see photo below). The attachment strap is fastened to the bag with buttons and attached to the leg with Velcro. The user&#8217;s attachment strap is cut so that it overlaps a bit. A key ring is sewn onto each side. The user grasps the key rings with his thumbs and pulls fairly tight. The original attachment strap also has a holder for the lower edge of the urine bag. It was removed so the user could place the bag on the toilet to be able to empty it.
