He places the leg closest to the wheelchair against the wheelchair foot bar, with his foot on the floor. The other leg is positioned with bent knee outwards (as in cross-legged seated position), with feet facing one another. He holds on to the wheelchair frame with the hand closest to the wheelchair, with his elbow angled up toward the ceiling. The other hand is in a fist by the hip on which he is supporting himself. He leans forward and lifts himself up into the wheelchair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bkom\"><strong>Users comments<\/strong><br \/>\nAccording to the user, this is the easiest technique.
