She receives help to attach it and the cord to the back and handle of her wheelchair. This arrangement allows her to move freely without the vacuum cleaner getting in the way. She has an extra long cord that allows her to reach half the house. She uses an extremely lightweight and convenient nozzle, Twinner, which works on both carpet and hard flooring. The low profile makes it possible to clean under low furniture and beds. With the long cord she only has to change electrical outlet once while cleaning.
