Freewheel is an accessory for manual wheelchairs that the user can easily mount on the wheelchair footrests. The wheelchair castor wheels are lifted above the ground as soon as the Freewheel is connected. The Freewheel extends the length of the wheelchair by 46 cm.
The Freewheel is small and easy to bring along when it is not being used. There is a bracket on which to hang Freewheel on the wheelchair back, when it is not in use. See also Panthera, panthera.se/index_en (last checked June 2021).

Users comments
The user is very pleased with the Freewheel and always uses it outdoors. It is possible to bent forward and push off without the fronwheels pushing the ground.
