Infrared heat panels for mounting on the wall or ceiling are available in many different models from different companies. The user has one from InfraSWED which he mounted on the ceiling above his workplace. Also suitable for the bathroom.

Since infrared heat quickly warms up a desired space, it is suitable for people with tetraplegia who freeze easily.
A timer can be attached to avoid forgetting to turn off the infrared heat. The user connected the infrared heater to a light in order to clearly see whether it is on or off.
