User opens oven door
Oven with door that opens downwards. The oven is installed at wheelchair level. To place hot food in the oven, or to remove it, the user places a cutting board on his lap. He then transfers the baking dish or whatever is to be taken out of or placed in the oven to the open oven door and slides it over to the grill.

Ideally, the oven could sit on the counter and the user would only have to slide the baking dish from the oven onto the oven door and then directly onto the counter.
The user pushes an oven dish from a cutting board on his lap onto the open oven door
User slides the baking dish over onto the grill, which is pulled out from the oven
User slides the grill back into the oven by closing the oven door
