The seatbelt is always fastened, even when the user is not sitting in the car. In order for the seatbelt to sit in the right place it is held in place with an extra belt fastened to the middle of the standard seatbelt that runs through a loop in the driver’s door directly under the window and is attached to the car floor by the driver’s door.

Users comments
The user required assistance to operate the seatbelt solution provided by the vehicle adaptation company Autoadapt, so the user and his brother came up with their own solution. The seatbelt is attached to the driver’s door; if he wants to open the door he needs to release the belt first.
