The Trille highchair comes with straps to attach it and the user chose to attach Trille onto an office chair with casters. The office chair has a lever that serves as a brake.

First I attached Trille to an ordinary kitchen chair on which I had mounted casters. There were brakes on the two rear wheels, but I was not really able to safely put the brake on the kitchen chair, which is why I feel the office chair works much better with Trille.
