A heavy rod in an universal strap. The rod is a thick nail surrounded by a lead weight (cast in a mold).

Users comments
The user is extremely spastic and his arm easily winds up in supination and he is unable to turn it back again. When he has the universal strap with the heavy rod on, he can easily turn his hand downwards; the weight of the rod holds the hand in pronation.
