Specially designed sliding board
The sliding board is somewhat tapered on one side. A leather strap is stretched around the wheelchair frame to prevent the screws that hold the seat fabric in place on the front of the seat from damaging the sliding board.
Users comments
It is easier to pull out the sliding board from underneath the user after transfers to the wheelchair. Glenn uses the sliding board to transfer to and from the car.
