Wheelchair gloves

Individually manufactured gloves used for transfers (to or from wheelchair) and when operating the wheelchair.

Wheelchair gloves that protect the palm of the hand, leaving the fingers free. They close with Velcro on the back of the hand.

The user often uses the gloves, both when he transfers to and from the wheelchair and when operating the wheelchair. He replaces them as needed, about 2-3 pairs of gloves a year. The gloves are sewn for the user and made at the assistive device center.

In Stockholm the wheelchair gloves are made by the orthopedic technical center with a referral from an orthopedist.
