The remote control unit for the radio is always accessible from the bed

The remote control unit hangs from an elastic band (from sewing supply store) above the bed. The radio hangs on the wall.

The white plate that sits under the remote control is glued in place in order for the user to be able to bite it and hold the remote control and then press the buttons with his hand in order to turn the radio on and off. A piece of a catheter tube is used to enlarge the on/off button. A piece of catheter tubing is attached to the button with adhesive (quick glue, hot melt adhesive or from the glue gun).
