User gives himself an insulin injection
The user modified his insulin syringe by putting two rubber bands on it and with a key ring in the lid. The rubber bands provide sufficient friction to hold the syringe, while he uses the key ring to pull off the cap. He uses his mouth to adjust the screw that sets the number of units. He gives himself the injection through his clothes.
