A pen extension is used for mouth painting with pens and brushes. Thin brushes are thickened with tape to fit into the holder. The pen extension has a screw mount that holds the pens steadily in place. The pen extension is adapted with a plastic cover on the side held in the mouth.
The user is an artist and draws and paints with his mouth. He bought the pen extension, which was intended for charcoals, many years ago in Greece. The user has tried various pen extensions, see associated tip. He is most satisfied with this one.
